Tropical Passion Smoothie
recipe ingredients1 papaya1 peach2 passionfruit150ml (5fl oz) freshly squeezed orange juice recipe directionsPeel the papaya and remove the seeds, put the flesh into a blender. Wash the peach, halve, remove the stone and chop the flesh, then add. Halve the passionfruit and scoop the seeds straight into the blender with the orange juice. Blend. Serve poured over ice with the remaining passionfruit on top. -
Mango Smoothie
recipe ingredients2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt1 cup mango nectar2 mangos, peeled and chopped1/4 tsp. cardomomrecipe directionsAdd all ingredients to blender and process until smooth. Add 1 cup of ice cubes and blend till crushed and smooth. -
Banana Strawberry Smoothie
